Stay Options
At Grace Maniyattu Homes, we offer flexible stay arrangements so families can choose what suits their needs best.
Trial Stay – upto 30 Days
A short introductory stay that allows seniors and families to experience daily life at GMH before making a longer commitment.
Short Stay – 1 to 3 Months
Ideal for recovery, respite care, or families visiting from abroad who want their loved ones supported for a temporary period.
Monthly Stay
Standard month-to-month accommodation with access to all services and community life at GMH.
Long-term Licence Stay (Long-term Lease)
Select Deluxe West Wing rooms are available under a long-term licence arrangement with a one-time refundable deposit. Residents can stay without monthly rent, and the deposit is returned to the nominee.
Available for Deluxe West Wing rooms (approx. 400–420 sq. ft.) on the Ground and First Floor.
