Grace Maniyattu Homes Pvt. Ltd. is a Kerala-based company dedicated to creating premium assisted living facilities that offer safety, dignity, and compassionate care for senior citizens. Ourmission is to redefine elder care by blending professional medical support with the warmth of home and community. As families become more global and traditional support systems change, many seniors are left without the daily care and companionship they deserve. Grace Maniyattu Homes was founded to bridge that gap — especially for NRI families and local communities seeking reliable, respectful long-term care for their aging loved ones. We believe that seniors should live in an environment where their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being is nurtured every day. Our homes are designed not just to care — but to honor and celebrate this important stage of life.

A Letter from the Founder
After 42 years away from my village, I felt a deep desire to return. At 72, my only qualification was life experience—across countries, cultures, challenges, and changing phases of life. All of it led me to one clear realisation: God created us to be social beings. We need companionship, community, and an active social life at every stage of life.
I experienced loneliness, and I learned that loneliness can be a sickness. I also learned that companionship without genuine care can be equally painful. These lessons made me decide to dedicate the rest of my life to building a community—first for myself, and then for others who feel the same.
With our family’s support and encouragement, we started Grace Maniyattu Homes Pvt. Ltd. in 2024. We often repeat my late wife’s words: “Serving others is divine.” Those words have guided us through this journey.
We began our first project: Grace Maniyattu Home, Kumbanad—a care home for senior citizens. Trusting in God’s grace, we converted our 75+ year old ancestral home into the Heritage Wing of GMH Kumbanad, restoring its traditional beauty while making it strong, safe, and comfortable.
I am proud to say that I will be the first resident here. God honoured my trust and brought us the right partners:
